Here, customers can know how to do in this IgsHeaven site.
Customers who want to use this site should read the “Getting Started” first.
1. General Introduction
1) How to start ?
The First, customers should register their information as “Getting Started” pointed.
The introduction about process of the user registration is in “Getting Started”.
Anyone who does not register his information can not take part in any auction and buy any product.
They can only view the products on the first home page also see how the auction advanced.
2) Verifying your profile
When one customer register their information as the style which shows in “Getting started”, they can be real verified user by verification.
Verification of the new users is checked by Admin user.
After the admin activate your user with full correct information about you, you can be real user at this site.
This step is very important!
Because after skipping this step, the customers can bid the item and win in the auction.
Also when the customer win the auction, the product can delivery correct position.
If anyone register illegality , he will be settled under the privacy of this site.
2. Bid
This section is also very important for users to use this site, especially in the auction.
This section is separated into three parts one is “Purchasing bids”, “My bids” and the other is “Bid processing”.
1) Purchasing Bids
When the customer can take part in the auction , he must have enough count of Bids to bid.
Of course, you can get default Bids when you have registerd first.
But after using these bids, you should purchase Bids.
- How to purchase bids?
To purchase bids, you should log in.
One way is to click “Bid Packages” button beside “Log out” on the top right.
The other way is;
(This is the screen of the page when you log in.)

After log in, you will meet Dash Board first as the figure shows.
At this page, you can see counts of bids you have.
Forward the purchasing click “Click here to purchase some bids” link or “Purchase Bids” on left sidebar. (at the figure indicated by arrow shape)

This is the table when you click “Purchase Bid” tab on the left sidebar on Dash Board.
As you can see the table, In purchasing there are three kinds – ‘Test Package’, ‘Basic Package’, ‘Premium package’ with different price.
Here you can choose one with your mind and click “Purchase Using Paypal” link.
After that you can get Bids you want by using Paypal.
2) My Bids
The figure bellow is the screen of the page when you click “My Bids” on the left sidebar after you log in.

Table on this page shows the all process of bidding you already performed in detail.
Also shows about how you get bids.
Fields on the table are “Date”, “Description”, “Debit”, “Credit”.
Date: the time when you bids.
Description: the details about bidding. (Here you can see the item you bade by clicking link)
Debit: Count of bids you performed.
Credit: Count of bids when you get bids.
3) Bid processing
If you want to buy a product in the auction you must bid.
At this point, Bid processing is also important!
You will bid in two ways one is manual and the other is auto
- Manual bid
This manual bid is expressed as “Single bid” on this site.
The first page on this site (home page after sign up) shows the auctions which was started.
The customer
can bid only click
button
at the first page.
Other way, if you click one product in detail show, the site go to detail view page like this as below:

At this page,
the customer can bid by clicking
button.
Then your id will be shown beside “Latest bidder:”
Also can see your bid info at “Bid History” table more detail.
If you click “BID!” button once, then your bids count will be reduced by one.

- Auto bid
This auto bid is expressed as “Bid Buddy”.
The customer can also take part in the auction with auto bidding.
Auto bid means that take part in the auction with only numbers you give.
So if another bid, then bid automatically without clicking “BID!” button.
Of course, your bids count reduce.
After giving numbers (auto bid counts), you can also bid by clicking “BID!” button.
The customer can not auto bid at the first page which shows auctions list.
To auto bid, the customer should go to the detail auction page by clicking

Then the next page will be shown:

You must click the “Bid Services” tab to define the counts
of auto bids you want. At this, you can type the number of auto bids.
After typed the number, clicking the “Set Bid” button , the auto bidding will be started.
Now the figrue shows number of bids : 5
Then auto bid 5 times.
Also after finishing auto bid 5 times your remain bids count will be reduce.
86 bids left
-> 81 bids left
3. Buying through Paypal
There are two methods to buy the product at this site.
First is Buy the product immediately.
1) Buy the product immediately
After log in, everyone can buy the product immediately as the price - “Buy it now price”.
That is very easy – only clicking “BUY IT NOW!” button.
Even though the product is the item of the auction you buy the product except only the status of the product is “Ended” or “SOLD”.
When you click “BUY IT NOW!” button and continue to click “Purchase this Auction Now >>” to pay for an auction.
About “how to do next” is expressed below subject (how does the winner buy the product?)
2) How does the winner buy the product?
When the customer bid in the auction and win , skip below steps.
- Click the “Users” button which is located on the header right top beside “Bid Packages” button.
- Then click “Won Auctions” tab on the left sidebar on the page (Dash Board)
- Then you can see your won auctions detail by Table.
(Image, Title, Price, Date Won, Status, Options)
Here you can see the product which you chose and also whole products you have already won.
- Click the “pay” link.
- if you have already registered billing and shipping addresses you can meet the page like this.

But if you have not registered, you should add shipping and billing addresses before pay.
After adding addresses click “Pay using Paypal>>” button to pay for an auction.
This clicking takes you to www.paypal.com with information of payment as follow figure.

4. Delivery
1) Billing and Shipping address
Adding billing and shipping addresses takes important part of using this this site.
Because if the addresses are not registered, it is not impossible to pay for the auction and receive the product. They are not optional. Compulsory need for users.
- How to add or edit billing and shipping address
Add and edit the billing and shipping address are equal. Same each other.
On the Dash Board you can see two buttons (“ Add a Billing Address” , “Add a Shipping Address”) under the “Things to do” labeled.
The method of adding two address are the same.
Click one button. (for example; “Add a Billing Address”)

There are several fields to add.
All the fields are the compulsory field.
If your the other addresses are the same as this address, you can check the combo box (“ Make all your addresses this address”).
After finishing the full input fields with correct data, click “Update Address”.
2) How to deliver
Deliveries are made exclusively to addresses in Singapore only and may take up to 14 days (excluding weekends and public holidays) upon full payment. Where the winning article is not available for any reason, You will have the option to accept an alternative but comparable item as determined by Us in Our sole discretion, or receive a refund of the auction end price (including shipping costs, if any) You have paid.
All new articles are sold with the manufacturer’s limited warranty where available. We shall not be liable for any defects or technical faults of the articles, which shall remain the sole responsibility of the manufacturer. All requests for service and technical support must be made direct to the manufacturer and subject always to their own terms and conditions.
Obvious damage to the item from transport or packaging damaged during transport must be reported to Us upon receipt. We shall not be liable for any personal injury or damage to property resulting from improper handling, modification, or misuse of the article after delivery. We shall not be liable to You for incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of profits, goodwill, loss of use, expenses incurred.
Delivery will be strictly only to the address stated in Your account profile. You agree to bear full responsibility for the accuracy of your profile information.
Deliveries will be made only between the hours of 9.00am and 7.00pm from Mondays to Fridays and 9.00am to 1.00pm on Saturdays. Should the first attempt at delivery be unsuccessful, We will contact You to arrange for a second delivery, beyond which We have no obligation to ensure any further delivery attempts; in which case, any third attempt at delivery shall be attempted by Us only upon Our receipt of Your further payment to Us for the additional delivery attempt. You may also make arrangements with Us for You to come down to Our office to personally collect your purchase at a time of mutual convenience.
The winner of the auction must receive the item/article in person. Upon request, winners must produce their proof of identity to our logistics personnel. We reserve the right to decline delivery to individuals other than the winner. You may however authorize your nominee to take delivery of your item/article by providing us with the NRIC Name and Number of your nominee and a photocopy or scan of the nominee’s NRIC (front & back)—in which case, we shall only release the item/article to the person who produces the NRIC matching the description of the NRIC that you have provided and identified as your nominee.
We shall be entitled to involve third parties to satisfy Our contractual obligations (such as delivery) without being required to notify You. You expressly agree that in that event, the risk of loss for and/or damage to items to be delivered passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Notwithstanding that you may have received the item/article, You agree that any item delivered shall remain Our property until we receive payment in full, including shipping costs and bids used in the auction.
You must not resell or re-auction Your winning article(s). We reserve the right to void the auction, decline delivery and terminate Your account in such cases.
5. Other functions
1) Edit Profile
If the profile of one customer (for example; mail) is changed or miss type of his name and the other , he can edit it by clicking “Edit Profile” on Dash Board.
2) Change Password
If anyone want to change his password as any reasons, he can do it by clicking “Change Password” tab on Dash Board.
3) My Watchlist
Once click “My Watchlist” tab on the Dash Board and see.
Here you can see the detail information about the auction which is attracting you.
Of course, all items on this page are added by you manually.
- How to add the item to watch list?
Click the interested item attracting you which shows on the home page.
Then you can see the page which shows about the item you chosen detail.
At this page, clicking the “Add to WatchList” button under the image of the product, you can successfully add it to list.
You can also click “Remove from WatchList” button to remove it from the list.
The other way to remove it, click “Delete” link on the My WatchList table.
